MSA and Local Account

I am using a Windows 11 Home edition system. I normally log in to this system with a Microsoft Account (MSA) and I created my 1password account while logged in with this MSA account. I recently created and started using a Windows 11 Local Account so that I am not logged into any Microsoft services. While logged in with just my Windows Local account, I don't see anything from my 1password. Is there a way that I can still have access to and use my 1password logins that are already saved on my system? or do i just need to log into my 1password account from a web browser?

    It sounds like you might need to sign into the application. I'm thinking you are referring to two different user accounts? If so, you'd open 1Password inside the new account and sign into the account. You'll likely need to install any browser extensions (1Password in the browser).
