1Password won't open on my Pixel

It accepts my fingerprint or if I type in my master password but either way it won't open. Just a black screen and eventually says close app or wait. Close app just repeats the process after trying to log in again. Wait does nothing - back to a black screen and then the pop up again. A vicious circle. Restarting my phone did not good.

    Hello, @stefjeff. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the issue you're running into with 1Password on your Pixel.

    If you're getting a blank screen with no 1Password lock icon, I'd like to ask if you could clear the 1Password for Android app's app data and sign back into the 1Password for Android app to see if this resolves the issue.

    Please ensure you have access to 1Password on another device or your Emergency Kit and know your account password before clearing the app data of the 1Password for Android app.

    1. Open the Settings app on your device.
    2. Tap Apps > 1Password.
    3. Tap Storage, then tap Clear Storage or Clear Data.
    4. Open the 1Password for Android app, then sign into your 1Password account again using one of the sign-in steps provided within the app.

    Let me know how that goes.

    I appreciate your time and suggestions. I had been swiping away the open attempts each time. But then I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that did the trick. I'm back in business and so happy!
