Reports in 1P for which data (email, address, etc.) is assigned to which 1P record?

Hi 1P,

Is there a report/view in 1P that shows a list of which data is assigned to which 1P record?

I'm thinking something similar to the Watchtower reports but that would show Email ABC is assigned on Login Records 1, 2, 3 whereas Email DEF is used on Logins 4, 5, 6.

It'd be great if this could also work for addresses & other data points as well.

    I've taken to using tags for this. I do the same for sites that have stored credit card details and or use my phone number especially for those that require SMS 2FA.

    That's a smart workaround, @ag_tommy. It's a shame that there isn't a specific feature for it though as doing it via tags is double-handling the data.

    Thanks for the reply. If you want to see which login items contain a particular email address then you can search for that email address using the 1Password desktop app.

    If I misunderstood your request then can you tell me a little more about what it is that you're trying to see? I would be happy to file a feature request on your behalf. 🙂

    Thanks, Dave. I've been using the Search function so far to do it but that approach has 2 weaknesses as I see it:

    a) accuracy. It's based on a text search rather than a specific data field assignment e.g. if I write a note that the old email address was X then it'll show false positives in the text search
    b) workflow. The MFA report in watchtower is a good workflow tool as it highlights specifically which Logins should be converted to MFA

    Ideally, I'd like to see a report for each field name that I can enter in a 1P record ie a report for 'Email' that shows which value for that email field is assigned against which 1P record. This would help act as a workflow if I want to migrate email addresses for example.
