Removing Family Member

I have several Family members associated with my account, and I'm wondering what happens to their 1Password accounts when they're removed from the Family account? Will they still have access to their account? If so, for how long? Will it continue to function normally though they are no longer a Family member? Will they be prompted to purchase a subscription for themselves?

    Removing someone from the family would delete their data. It's best to first have them create a new account for themselves and move the data into the new account. Then you could remove the original account from the family. * Ensure they have all of their data before removal/deletion of their family account.

    They would not be prompted to subscribe as currently there is no portability of accounts into or out of a family. They exist as part of the family or they do not exist. This is something I hope we can resolve in the future. I hope that made sense. Please let me know if it did not.
