Business pricing difference

We have a trial of 1P Business have had a sales person who I've communicated with, he even extended our trial period by 14 days. We had a call, and I asked 1 question on how we would accomplish 1 thing with 1password, or if it was possible. Granted, we are still going to use 1password and wanted to know if this was a feature. He was going to "ask the developers" and get back to me. After a few emails back to him asking for an update, he has ghosted me.

So our trial has expired and I decided to pull the trigger on purchasing our seats we need for business. The pricing page specifically states that business seats are $7.99 a month when billed annually. However purchasing through my account the cost is $9.99 a month when billed annually. Why the $2 a month difference? I have submitted multiple requests through the contact forms on 1Password asking these questions and have got zero callbacks or emails. There is no way to get in touch with a human to have this question answered. I am posting here in hopes someone at 1password monitors these forums.

Please use support+forum@1password.com to do so. Please send the email from the email address you've used to create your 1Password account.

    That said, I was unable to find any support requests using the email address you use here in the community. Perhaps they were submitted under another address. When you send the email you should get a support ID by return mail. Kindly provide that here so I can connect the dots.
