No address field when updating address

There is no address field when I try to add an address for billing information. Changing the country and changing back does not work.

    Tax is collected according to things like country, and or postal code/zipcode (US). We do not ask for physical addresses. If you made an errant entry you should be able to use the cancel button and then update the details again.
