Is there a way to get a report of all users in the organisation making use of Passkeys? I would like to see if users are making use of this feature in order to decide if i should disable it or not as it is causing issues for our non-technical user base. Thanks!

    Thank you for reaching out! I'm not aware of a way to generate a report that will tell you which users are using passkeys or not but I can share your need for such a report with the team internally by filing a feature request.

    Can you tell me a little more about the issues that passkeys are causing for some of your users? I'd like to learn more about that to see if there's a solution that I can provide or if an internal issue should be opened with our development team to get those problems fixed.

    Hi, thanks for your response! A feature request would be much appreciated. It's more of an issue with our non-technical users who don't quite understand what they're enabling and then not knowing how to use it. We make use of security keys internally and this is causing confusion when trying to use it with certain sites. We are looking to understand who has set it up to grasp what we can do to mitigate.

    Are users seeing a prompt from 1Password asking them to sign in with a passkey when trying to use their security key? Or some other message? Can you provide a screenshot of any issues that are occurring? Are you able to provide any more details on the confusion that users are experiencing? The team would love to be able to avoid that confusion.
