1password not signing in with apple watch

I know this thread is out there but I haven't seen my issue. It used to work fine but stopped.

  • Watch works unlocking Mac and apps
  • I've downloaded all the latest software
  • I've turned off watch in both Mac and 1Password, restarted watch, unpaired and paired again and restarted Mac, turned on watch in both Mac and 1password
  • I sign in, make sure the "unlock with Watch" box is checked. If I then lock 1password I get this message:

1Password Version: 8.10.36
Extension Version: 2.25.1
OS Version: macOS 14.5
Browser: Chrome

    I'm sorry that Apple Watch unlock isn't working to unlock 1Password on your Mac. It sounds like you might be running into an issue that our developers are investigating.     Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!
