I have the individual subscription on google play, how do I change to family subscription when my current subscription ends in the month?

    You'll want to cancel the Google subscription and move to direct billing to facilitate the move to a family offering. Once you cancel the membership renewal with Google let us know. There are changes we'll need to make on our side. If you prefer we can help you make the move today. Credits can be applied as necessary to balance out the two.

    Okay so I cancel and let you know, you move me and when I resubscribe on the app from google it'll be the family subscription instead? Did I understand correctly?

    Since it's cheaper on google play where I live that's why I prefer subscribing from there
