Using 1Password to fill forms
It used to be that 1Password was always available to fill in password and forms. Now, every time I want to use 1Password to do this, I have to enter my full (and lengthy) 1Password password. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a convenient way to fill forms. Is there any way around this?

Hello @twentw! 👋
I'm sorry that you're being prompted to enter your account password more often than expected. You can choose how often you'll be prompted to unlock 1Password in the browser by changing your auto-lock settings:
If you haven't already then I also recommend that you install the desktop app so that you can unlock 1Password using Windows Hello instead of having to type in your account password all the time: Get the 1Password apps
Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂

Thanks. Windows Hello is not available on my work computer. I guess my only option is to set it to not lock. Is there no option to enter a shorter passkey instead of the long password?

Thanks for the reply. Have you taken a look at the auto-lock article that I posted above? You can choose to have 1Password lock less often but still auto-lock after a certain amount of time has passed:

Windows Hello would allow you to unlock 1Password using your Windows Hello PIN. Would it be possible for you to reach out to your IT department to ask them if they can enable Windows Hello for your device?
