Touch ID not working on Mac
Unlocking 1Password via Touch ID on 16" M3 Max MacBook Pro with macOS Sonoma 14.5, does not work. I get "That didn't work Check your password and try again" or "Touch ID sensor currently not available" sometimes.
Things I have done so far:
Restarting the computer
Uninstalling 1password repeatedly, including deleting all files with "1password" or "agilebits" under ~/Library/
Switching to the beta channel
Deleting all fingerprints, disabling and re-enabling all Touch ID options under the macOS "Touch ID & Password" system settings
Disabling and enabling "Touch ID" under 1Password's "Security" settings tab.
Unlocking the device and all other applications with Touch ID works fine.

Thank you for posting the Support ID. I'm happy that the team was able to help and that updating to version 8.10.38 resolved the issue. 🙂

I am having a similar issue -- touch ID no longer works with the Mac or Safari. Mac 8.10.39; Safari extension 2.26.1 When I looked at the settings for 1Password/Security, I found that there was no option for touch ID under "unlock" -- just an optio for Apple Watch. Up until recently I have used touch ID reliably to open the app whether on my desktop or with Safari.

Following the example of others, I'm sending an email with diagnostics
