TouchID on Mac doesn't work
Hello,
I'm using 1password on my Mac and TouchID doesn't work. When I try to open Quick Access (using the shift-command-space shortcut), the system authentication popup appears prompting me to use my fingerprint. When I place the finger on the sensor, the popup disappears but Quick Access doesn't open. If I repeat, I get the 1password password authentication popup directly, which works as expected. This happens consistently in other places where I would expect fingerprint to work, too.
My 1password is set to ask for the master password every 2 weeks. So far, I've tried toggling the TouchId integration on and off and restarting my Mac. I believe (not 100% sure) that this issue started after enrolling a new fingerprint with TouchID. To be clear, TouchID works for other tasks, such as logging in to my laptop.
I'm on a M2 Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.5, 1password 8.10.36.

I'm sorry that Touch ID unlock isn't working for 1Password. I see that my colleague reviewed your diagnostics report and sent you a workaround, if you have any questions or issues then please reply to their email and they can help further. 🙂
To keep the conversation in the same place, I'll close this thread.
