I’m trying to sign up for a non-profit on the non-profit page. I type in my name and email but when I click “Get started” nothing happens. I tried this on Firefox 128 and Chrome 126.

I tested the page using Chrome and had no trouble. It took a few seconds to proceed. I don't know if it was a watching-the-pot boil type of thing. That said, in some situations, we need manual verification with support documentation. Consider reaching out to my colleagues in email support. Looking at the flow, when the page submits, it looks as if an email message is also sent to your supplied address.

If you have a VPN or content blocker, you might also consider turning them off temporarily as a test.

If needed, you can email us directly at support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.

I gave it a try again. Updated Chrome to 127, used incognito mode so that all extensions are disabled and I’m not using a VPN. (I’m using Arch Linux.) Still, clicking “Get started“ does not seem to do anything even after waiting for a minute or so.

I dug around with the dev tools clicking on the button does not issue any network requests. But the <button> element gains a disabled attribute. There are also some errors when the page loads initially.

    Unrecognized Content-Security-Policy directive 'prefetch-src'.
6sense JS Error loading pending commands: Found a _6si object on the window, but it was not an array.
Warning: Encountered two children with the same key, ``....

Let me know if you need more info. In any case, I’ll reach out via email. Thanks for the help

  • Thanks for the feedback. I would also include those details when talking with my email colleagues. It sounds like you've encountered a bug for sure and they might need to gather additional logs.
