Hello i just wanted clarifiy the behaviour of 1password when using "firewall rules" and the "Share a Link to this Item" feature.
Do firewall rules apply to "Share a Link to this Item" or are they independent?

They are independent. You might thing of firewall much like your router and it prevents accessing core 1Password resources from places you decided to disallow.
