Not sure what this would fall under, question or bug report.

When I went to save a new item and edit the Autofill Behavior, this is what popped up.

You can't read the text next to the radio buttons.

I only edited out the site and username details.

    Forgot to specify something.

This only happens when you are entering the login/password on a prompt and you select "Save in 1Password". I don't notice this when using the app or accessing the browser extension button.

    As far as themes go:

In Windows I have Dark Mode enabled under Personalization > Colors
Brave is set to "Same as Windows" under Appearance > Brave colors

  • Hello @chupon! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't rendering autofill rules properly. This is an issue that our developers are aware of and is in the queue to investigate and get fixed. I've let the team know that you're affected as well.

For the time being, you can workaround the issue by having 1Password use the Light theme instead of the Dark theme.

    Screenshot:

When you want to configure the website and autofill domain settings in Dark Mode, the pop-up's color is not correct.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, this is a known issue that our developers are looking into. I've added your report to the internal work item open for the issue.

Using the light theme for 1Password is the best workaround for now.

See attached. The app is in dark mode but this popup shows up with dark mode foreground and light mode background; I've tried in straight dark mode and also in "system" and it does the same thing.

Thank you for report, our development team is aware and hope to release a fix in the future. For the time being, using light mode is the best workaround. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Using dark theme for 1Password for Windows, discovered issue with "Autofill behavior" popup. White letters on white background make it unreadable and general styling is broken

I was about to report that this was also happening on the Mac client, but when I went to look up the version number I checked for updates, found one (8.10.44, 81044034), installed and restarted, and it's fixed! Hope it's been fixed for all you Windows users as well.

  • @ebow

Thank you for confirming that the issue is resolved for you with the latest update. 🙂

  • I'm happy that you're no longer seeing the issue either. 🙂
