Notes Field Doesn't Show Correct Info

I’m using the 1P app on MacOS. I have the latest version running in Sonoma

I open the app, log in, and search for an item.
I see what I’m looking for, click it and the item appears.
But the notes field shows incorrect info, apparently from a different item.
If I click on another item and then click back to the one I’m interested in the notes field will update and is correct.
After that, other items show correct notes.

But the first item I search for after launching the app always shows incorrectly.

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that you're seeing the wrong notes being rendered when opening an item from search. Our developers have coded a fix for the issue and are testing that fix in the latest beta version of 1Password for Mac:

We’ve fixed an issue where you’d see unrelated notes when you opened an item from a search result.

Until the fix makes it to the stable version, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue when using a collection so that can provide a workaround for now if you wish to avoid the issue: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults

Thank you so much for responding! I'd normally be comfortable with a beta, but this is a little too important, so I think I'm going to play it safe (and simple) and just wait for the next release. I can work around this for now -- knowing that a fix is coming is the main thing.

I completely understand not wanting to try the beta. Hopefully the fix is released to the stable version soon! 🙂
