1Password suggests new password instead of auto-filling existing password

I've noticed on some websites (using chrome) that the default option 1pw suggests is to generate a new password, even though it knows a password is already saved for the website. I have to open the extension, look for the item (which shows beneath 'generate new password') and manually hit 'autofill' from the menu.

Any idea why this is happening?
