Account Frozen but have a membership
Back in April 2024 I purchased an annual membership. I imported my LastPass data and have been using the application for a few months but now my account is frozen and it’s asking me to subscribe again. How do I get this resolved?

I purchased an annual subscription back in April 2024 and the app worked fine. But recently I get an error when using it. When I log into the browser page, I see that my account has been frozen. In the billing menu is show an option to purchases another subscription for $35. What's going on and what happened to my subscription?
