Account Frozen but have a membership

Back in April 2024 I purchased an annual membership. I imported my LastPass data and have been using the application for a few months but now my account is frozen and it’s asking me to subscribe again. How do I get this resolved?

In the billing menu is show an option to purchases another subscription for $35. What's going on and what happened to my subscription?

    Support resolved it! Somehow my Apple subscription got disconnected from my 1Password account.
