one-time password incorrect for some users

So we use vaults that have passwords including 1 time passwords setup. The problem we have found that is if one person saves this from a different timezone from the rest of the team then the rest of the team one-time password seems to be different meaning they can't login. Reading I understand the code on one-time password generates via your clock. Is there some work around so users in different timezones can still use one-time passwords. It is weird as this has only come up with one password right now and user not others but we think because most of time it is saved by main team that is same timezone.

    I'd highly encourage you to talk this over with our technical team. They may have additional insights I am not aware of. To me this seems like a bug. I can't say I recall the same situation traveling as much as four time zones away. But my logins are my own and not created by another member of the team. That may be a key factor here in the situation.
