As an administrator, how can I ensure I have access to and can view and manage all vaults?

I am looking to set up 1Password for my company and I want to have access to all the Vaults my employees create, by default (meaning without them having to grant me access). Is this doable and if yes, how so?

    I apologize it looks as if we missed your posting. Employee/Personal/Private vaults cannot be viewed/accessed. They are created by 1Password for use by the employee.

    Any account owner can view a list of all shared vaults on the 1Password.com web interface. After signing in, click Vaults in the sidebar. All shared vaults will be present in the list. Administrators will also have this view, and any vault where the Administrators group has the Manage permission will be displayed.
