You can create a postfix to your email address before the @ sign to use it for specific purposes.

Feature: On login creation when email addresses are suggested. Add an option to create a custom + postfix.

For example myemail+{randomString}@gmail.com
or myemail+{website_login_name}@gmail.com

This makes it easier to track if your email is being shared for marketing purposes or if it shows up in some pwn database, you know where it was from.

  • Hello @mattv4! 👋

Thank you for the feedback! I can definitely see how some folks would find support for email plus addressing useful and I've filed a feature request internally on your behalf. The product team will consider the request for the future.

Thank you for helping us make 1Password better. Let me know if there's anything else that I can help you with. 🙂
