Getting "We weren't able to sign in to your account" (iOS)

Hi!

So I wanted to migrate my family over to 1pwd, I set myself up as the organizer and trying to get my wife set up as a "member".

She managed to login on the web, then setup the app on her macbook. BUT when we try and get it setup on her iphone then it fails with a nice "We weren't able to sign in to your account" error.

She scans the qr-code from the mac app (add additional device) but I presume it is the same qr as from recovery kit. And then she enters the password and gets this error.

I have double checked that we(her) entered the same password so I do not think that is the reason especially since it worked on the mac app and web version.

Full error is:

We weren't able to sign in to your account.
Maybe there's a typo? Check your sign-in details and try again.

From googling this seems to be a very generic error, anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Normally if a service I introduce into the household is not of "wife approval" standard then it will not survive for long so a little help would be appreciated!
