Help/Support needed for business/family account vs personal/family account
My company provides a business / family account but I just got an email asking for a personal/family renewal.
I think this maybe because I had a personal account before my company provided this.
Is there a way to setup a call so I can get this resolved?

Thru my company I am offered a business account w/a family plan. I have had my "personal" account / family plan for awhile and just received a notice about renewing subscription.
I would like some help in figuring out what I need to do in order to use the company supplied account.
