Cannot check "Touch ID" or "Apple Watch" in Security prefs (but they are enabled)

If I check them they immediately just uncheck as in this video: https://share.cleanshot.com/W9Xn9Sxx

This in the app, not the extension, Preferences/Security. I rebooted and I have the latest version of 1pw. Has anyone run into this?
