Offline. Changes wont appear on other devices until 1Password reconnects.
Hi,
I am using 1Password on my Windows laptop at work. Whenever I login into the application, I get the offline message with the crossed out red cloud icon on top of the screen, Pressing reconnect button doesn't make any difference at all.
I noticed the same thing on my cellphone application but when I leave the office premises, cellphone data works fine.
I am guessing it has to do with a network blocking?
What is confusing is that previously I was using Bitwarden on the same laptop and cellphone and none of them ever gave me an issue ever.
Talking to my IT guy, he mentioned that port 443 is not blocked at all. Going through 1Password's support knowledgebase, I know only port 443 is used. So how come this weird issue of connection?
Appreciate if someone can help me troubleshoot or direct me in the right direction.
