Autofill Activation New Phone

Moving from s9 to s24. Can't get autofill to function. When I open 1Password, a notice that autofill is not on. Click on notice takes me to a page to select app for autofill. Two available options are 1Password and Google. Tried selecting each one and both but autofill doesn't work when I try to login to an app. I have to open 1Password, reveal password and input it to login box.

    Well, I realized that I had not selected 1Password as my preferred service. So, autofill now works but now I need to figure out how to activate biometric login for 1Password so I don't need to input the password every time.

    I'm happy that you were able to get autofill working. To turn on biometric unlock for 1Password on your Android device, follow the steps in this guide:

    Dave_1P, Thanks for the response. The day after I submitted my post, the phone magically fixed itself and biometrics became active. I'm finding that the new phone, S24, has issues one day that are mysteriously resolved the day after without any action by me!
