I cannot find the entry "Redeem your free 1Password Families membership" in my Business Profile

My business account is in Canada 1Password.ca
I cannot find any link to redeem a family account in the my profile...

    I apologize. We just now located you post. Unfortunately it slipped between the cracks.

    Are you using a Teams type account? 1Password Business accounts are the only account types that support free family accounts. Folks confuse this a lot of times. If you'd like us to look into this in more detail please email the support team.
