So, i cant use my account and software now

I bought a subscription from apple store and when the payment was due my credit card didn't have enough money on it. Today I charged my credit card and bought a subscription again.

This email confirms your subscription purchase:
App 1Password: Password Manager
Subscription 1Password Family Annual
Content Provider AgileBits Inc.
Date of Purchase 16 August 2024

So I can use it on my iphone. But in browser and on my mac I see "Account frozen".
On browser I see the option Subscribe but total different prices.
Does that mean I have to pay even more?

II created an account on your site for this problem, but you apparently blocked it! Why? I couldn't describe my problem!

So I made a second account. Are you sure you don't have a problem with the security of our data?
