Recovery fails because the problem is 2FA

This is incredibly frustrating. What good is a recovery code if the problem is that I erased my security key used for 2FA and my other devices no longer have a passkey? I've been through the recovery process twice now. It's an INFINITE LOOP because I cannot 2FA.

What am I supposed to do?

    Recovery using a recovery code should allow a reset but the 2FA will remain in place after the reset. I'd recommend talking to us via email so the team can look into this in more detail. Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.
