Can't log in to my account on any device except original iPhone that was used to set up my account.
I signed up for 1 password (family plan) on my iphone. I saved my emergency kit as a pdf.
I am unable to log into my account on any other device besides my iphone. I've double & triple checked my credentials and that i'm logging in to the right (U.S. based) account.
I get this message in a red box every time: "We weren’t able to sign in to your account. Maybe there’s a typo? Check your sign-in details and try again."
I prepaid for a yearly membership. How can I fix this so that I'm actually able to use the product?

I'm sorry for the late reply, it looks like your post got stuck and I've released it now.
Can you let me know if you're still unable to sign in to your 1Password account on different devices? Are you able to sign in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you're still not able to sign in then can you do the following:
- Open and unlock 1Password 8 on your iPhone.
- Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and choose Set Up Another Device.
- Click on the three dots next to "secret key" and then tap Reveal.
Does this Secret Key match the Secret Key on your Emergency Kit?
