Lost master password for family account

I am the family organizer for a family plan. I changed my master password two days ago, and must have managed to make the same typo twice when entering the new password, because it doesn't work when I try to sign in with it. It seems that one of my family members' accounts was never confirmed, and the other one can't find the option to help me recover my account so is likely not properly permissioned.

Given all this based on what I read I have to delete our family account altogether, and restart from scratch. Is that accurate or is there anything else I can do? I am still able to access my account on iOS, but I don't think that can help me.

Try to locate your account details on the iOS device. Search for a 1Password Account item in your vault. You may see your password and Secret Key there.

If you still can't access your account, we can help you delete it and start over with a new password and Secret Key. You can likely move your items to a new account on the iOS device. Please take care not to restart the device etc.

I'd also recommend reaching out to my colleagues in email support who can assist with the new accounts creation process. Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.
