Hi

I’m currently on 2.26.1 browser extension version, yet under notifications it says I’m updated to 2.27.1, according to 'about' I’m still on the previous version?

I’m on iPhone 15, 1p and phone fully up to date.

    Hello @telUK! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. The latest stable version of 1Password for Safari on iOS is indeed 2.26.1.

To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of where you're seeing reference to 2.27.1 on your iPhone and attach it to your reply:

After viewing the notification in the safari extension they seem to vanish, not sure how to view them again?

  • @telUK

Once dismissed, the notifications can't be viewed again. Can you confirm that you're running 1Password for iOS version 8.10.38 on your iPhone?

I had an iPad that I hadn't updated to 8.10.38 yet. I updated it just now and the notification in 1Password for Safari says that I've updated to 2.26.1 as it should. If you see a mismatch of this sort again during the next update then please take a screenshot so that I can investigate further. In the meantime, I'll keep an eye out for other reports from my colleagues and other customers.

    Hi @Dave_1P

Yep i'm on latest 8.10.38, I could have easily misread the message as I just glanced at it.

I will be sure to screenshot, if I notice anything going forward.

On a side note, when the apps get updated does the safari extension normally get an update at the same time?

    Thank you

Thanks for the reply. On iOS, 1Password for Safari is bundled with the app and it does indeed receive an update when the main iOS app receives an update. It's why you might sometimes notice that the version of 1Password for Safari on your desktop is a little bit ahead of the version on iOS.

Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
