Switching from Family Plan to individual

Hello,

I want to switch to an individual plan, as my family is not using One Password. In the discussion, I see that I should delete others from the account. But when I go to People in my family, it only gives me the option to suspend them - not delete them.

    Hello!!! Is anyone out there?? Just wondering how to switch from a family plan to an individual?

    It's not letting me delete the one person in my family (who has not used the platform for the last year, and doesn't want to). Do they have to be the ones to enter their password?

    The account owner/family organizer would be the one to delete the family member.

    You're likely trying to make the change on the people page itself. Click on the persons name on that page and bring up their details. Then the delete option will be available in the more actions menu. Delete is not an option on the listing of the users page you must be looking at the individual users details.
