Hello @jimschlosser! 👋
I'm sorry that Touch ID isn't working for 1Password, are you still able to unlock the Mac itself using Touch ID? If you can then make sure that the 1Password for Mac desktop app is installed on your Mac since it is required for Touch ID. If it isn't then you can install it using this guide:
Then try these steps:
- Completely turn off your Mac and then turn it on to restart it. (Don't skip this step.)
- Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app.
- Choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Touch ID & Password.
- Turn off all of the features, then turn all of them back on again.
- Go back to 1Password and choose 1Password > Settings from the menu bar.
- Click the Security icon, then turn on "Touch ID".
- Lock 1Password by choosing 1Password > Lock from the menu bar.
- Now try unlocking 1Password using Touch ID.
Let me know if this doesn't work.
