2FA Option with each login

Hi
Recently setup 1 password, made the effort to purchase secu keys and was assuming the 2FA for 1PASSWORD would allow me to use a 2FA code from a authentication app or security key on each and every log into my account.

I'm SHOCKED there is no option to select prompt for 2FA On each login. That's the whole point of 2FA, extra protection. What the heck did I buy these security keys for if I need to rely on a single password to protect all my keys.

Did I say already, I'm SHOCKED this is not an option. I now need to consider moving from 1PASSWORD.

This should be a option. Please tell me this settings is hidden somewhere? In my opinon it's ESSENTIAL,. Critical really.

Thanks

Our 2FA system is designed as an extra layer of authentication with the server; it's used before syncing all the data from server to the device. From then on your password authenticates you to 1Password. You password is what encrypts your data. Only it can be used to access the data. Without it there is no decryption.

    Hi

Can I please add a request to add 2fa for each login, say every 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hs, 1 month etc

I follow that a still password is good, but we can't be expected to feed remember a long password. That's just not convenient or possible, the whole point of getting a password manager is that I don't have to remember a difficult long master password that you want us to do.

2FA is important in my mind, to safeguard one self if your device is accessed. If someone has your master password, then they get it all, crazy!!!
