Team admin suspended

I am a team admin. A team member informed me today that his account is suspended. Okay, I wanted to take a look, log into my own account and – lo and behold – I am also suspended! How could that happen? And what can I do? Or what would someone else have to do since I cannot do anything?

    Hi there @RainerKlute

    This would suggest that another user with Admin privileges has suspended you – given that you said you are "an" Admin, rather than "the" Admin, so you may need to ask around internally to see what's happened there. We can't provide any account-related information here on the 1Password Community, but I expect your IT team might be able to tell you more about what's happened here.

    Any other Admin will be able to restore your account through 1Password.com.

    Hi @GreyM1P, I don’t think there’s another admin in our team. If I remember right, I was the one who set up the team account for our company back in 2018 as a test. I think it was called LastPass back then. I would be very surprised if we still had else someone with admin rights, because the team member I was talking about is the only person left who is still using 1Password at all – well, until recently. It would help him a lot if there was some way to unlock the account so that he could get his passwords out and back into safety. I can't do that, and nobody else here can either. We need help from the 1Password team!
