I cannot log into my account even though sign-in address, email address,and secret key are all right

I've include the desktop app version below but I'm having problems logging in to the desktop app. All information is correct - sign-in address, email address, secret key, and password. After I type in my password I receive this message: "We weren't able to sign in to your account. Maybe there's a typo? Check your sign-in details and try again." What else can I try to log in? Thank you.

    We can't comment on account-related questions here on the 1Password Community, so you might need to email support@1password.com for some further help, but if you can sign in to 1Password.com, you can try signing in to 1Password for Windows using that route:

    1. Sign in to 1Password.com at this specific link: https://start.1password.com/apps/
    • If you're already signed in to 1Password.com, you can click the 🔽 down arrow next to your name and then "Get the Apps".
    1. Click the blue Add your account directly button and click Open 1Password in any confirmation prompt that appears.
    2. Enter your account password when prompted and sign in.
