I cannot log into my account even though sign-in address, email address,and secret key are all right
I've include the desktop app version below but I'm having problems logging in to the desktop app. All information is correct - sign-in address, email address, secret key, and password. After I type in my password I receive this message: "We weren't able to sign in to your account. Maybe there's a typo? Check your sign-in details and try again." What else can I try to log in? Thank you.

for some further help, but if you can sign in to 1Password.com, you can try signing in to 1Password for Windows using that route:- Sign in to 1Password.com at this specific link: https://start.1password.com/apps/
- If you're already signed in to 1Password.com, you can click the 🔽 down arrow next to your name and then "Get the Apps".
- Click the blue Add your account directly button and click Open 1Password in any confirmation prompt that appears.
- Enter your account password when prompted and sign in.
