How to unlink business account (already locked out of access to business account)

So, I've been a long time 1Password Family Account owner. Two years ago joined a company who switched to 1Password management, so linked my accounts (but kept paying for my Family Account). Recently changed jobs and can no longer log in to Business Account, so I cannot use that "unlink" feature.

How can I remove my Business Account?
