Annoyance with main 1Password Login Screen (Linux Mint)

1Password_8.10.40, Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon
(Screen resized to 150% for visibility)
When I first boot up my computer I get the main login screen for 1Password. The Password typing field is blocked by a dropdown showing the user. This prevents me from seeing what is typed, if needed.

Is there some way to get rid of this annoying dropdown? Thanks
