Lost computer and phone
I have a family plan that includes my wife. While traveling she lost her Iphone and computer (her ear buds too if that matters). She needs to get into her Icloud password to retrieve information. We have her sign in and password but not her secret key. And none of the devices on hand were ever used to sign into her account. How can she get into 1Password?

I'm sorry to hear about the situation with the lost devices. That is horrible experience. If she does not have access to the Secret Key she would be unable to access her data.
If you're the family organizer you may be able to help her with recovery. 🚑 Recover accounts for family or team members or if she created a recovery key she can likely regain access. Generate and use recovery codes0
