More problems - Edison Mail account user details

I have to say that for me1Password has been getting progressively worse over the last few years and I have been on the fence for some time now about binning altogether, particularly given the cost of it. If it wasn't such a pain with so many years of passwords I likely would have already. Just as one example I find trying to select just one category on the iPhone a real chore requiring 3 clicks (4 if your are not already at the Home tab): All Items, All Categories, Item type you want. Seriously, who that that was a good idea?

Latest issue I’ve found is with Edison Mail. Now, I’m not sure whether Edison is garbage and won’t work with 1Password (meaning I have to input EVERY SINGLE user name and password manually when trying to set up a bunch of accounts) or whether 1Password is garbage because it won’t work with Edison Mail. I select new account, the 1PW prompt comes up, I select the email account in question and promptly, nothing happens. OK, I'll type the account in myself (thanks for nothing 1PW), maybe it'll work with the password, nope, same, nothing. Either way, I'm not of a mind to continue paying for 1PW when it's not capable of doing the SINGLE thing that it's there to do!

At the moment both apps are destined for the bin unless it’s a glitch that can be fixed by either Edison or 1PW, apps that make life difficult (ESPECIALLY at the significant cost of 1Password!) is not something I’m prepared to put up with!

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble filling your login credentials into the Edison app on your iPhone. AutoFill is specifically handled by iOS so we are unable to control which fields get filled when you tap on an item since 1Password only provides the data for the experience.

    That being said, I downloaded the Edison app and did the following:

    1. Open the Edison app.
    2. On the "Add an Account" screen I tapped "Other".
    3. I tapped on the username field and then on the Passwords prompt above the keyboard.
    4. I searched for an then tapped on a test item.

    The login credentials from the test item filled into the app. Are you following different steps on your end? Can you double-check that you're using the latest version of the Edison app?

    You can access Categories more quickly by adding them to the Items tabs: Customize your Home screen and items tab
