  • @dzaring,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Royal Caribbean website.

Can you confirm if you're referring to the https://www.royalcaribbean.com/ sign-in form? Currently, the website seems to have some technical issues with registration, so I cannot create an account to fully test.

Therefore, can you elaborate on the sign-in issue? For example, do you see any error messages? What are the steps you took to use 1Password to sign into the website?

    Looking forward to your reply.

  • Hi @dzaring ,

I'm still having trouble creating a valid account on the website. However, it seems like 1Password should autofill correctly on the website given. Here is a demo GIF:

Let me know if your autofill process is different than what I showed above.

Mines not working that way. When I click in the box nothing comes up. I click on the icon in menu bar and select my ID and it will not auto fill.

  • @dzaring,

Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry you're still encountering an issue on the https://www.royalcaribbean.com website.

Based on the version information, 1Password is behind on an update. May I confirm if 1Password for Safari is on the latest version?

I have the files but they won't upload. I tried drag and drop. I tried click in page icon and then selecting the file but upload is grayed out.

You'll need to attach them to an email sent to support+forum@1Password.com and not to the forum here. Include a link to this thread.

Once you receive the auto-reply, please post the Support ID here. 🙂
