Invite People

I understand that this question has been asked before, but it seems like the provided solution doesn't work for my case, at least. I have not been able to locate the "Invite People" option anywhere on my account. My account is active, and I have tried to find a solution with no success yet on Safari iOS 17.6.1 and Firefox on macOS 13.6.7. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you visiting 1Password.com? Do you have a directly billed membership? If not, and you subscribed though one of the App Stores you'll need to switch to direct billing. Thanks for the reply. I have already done that and am communicating with Max C. I believe that's the issue since I'm subscribed through the Apple Store. I'm not sure how to switch to direct billing, but I hope this can get resolved soon. Thanks.
