Password and Recovery Code Issue

Hi,

I just changed my password in 1Pass from something I remember to a suggested password. It sent me a new secret key and I went to find the new password to write down. I couldn't see it and I think I was logged out. Now, I don't have the password! I tried using my Recovery Code, but it said it wasn't correct. That is strange, because it is the only one I have. I don't know what to do. How do I get back in?

    I'm sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble. I'd ensure you're entering the entire recovery code. It may be that you've only submitted a portion of it. I'd also suggest using another browser to rule out an problems with the browser. I'd next recommend emailing us using support@1passwword.com where the team can look into this in more detail.
