Vaults Are Not Loading in Browsers

I can no longer load any vaults via the my.1password.com webpage using any PC browser. Have tried Chrome, Mozilla, MS Edge.

I can login, and see all vaults, but when I drill down to any vault it just says "Loading 1Password..." with the spinning icon, it does not connect, nor timeout.

Works OK in the Chrome App
Works OK on Android tablet and phone apps

Any ideas ?

    same here in France , now it's fixed since 15h30 CEST, can you please give us explanation why it was stuck during 2 hours

    Hello folks,

    Our development team has investigated the situation and identified an issue where the way that vaults are marked as safe for travel on the backend could cause issues with loading those vaults in the web app in the browser.

    A fix has now been released. If you do continue to run into issues then let me know and I can help further. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
