Stuck at Loading 1password

When either editing an item from the extension or viewing a vault after logging in at the company URL I get a black screen with the words loading 1Password this has been for the last 24 hours,
I can do other admin features and have even saved a new password successfully.
Also logged out and cleared cookies so I had to use the recovery key but same issue.

Extension Version: 8.10.43.44
OS Version: Windows 11 Business 22H2
Browser: Brace , Chrome
