Please provide the option to add custom items. In LastPass we could create custom items and make that available to choose from in our org.

    You may be able to. To my knowledge the feature is still in beta for business users only. The option would not be available to other account types.

    Open 1Password.com and log in. Visit the settings tab in the sidebar and then at the top look for the beta section. From there you'll likely need to enable the option.
