Migrating users off of 1P for Families
Hello there! Been a long-time user of 1Password for many, many years. When I got married (the first time), brought my ex-wife onto my 1P account when they spun up the 1P for Families offering.
Whelp, that marriage ran its course and has concluded. I'd like to get her off of my Families account, but I don't want to be a total monster and just nuke all of her data. What's the right way for her to transition her password vault(s) to her own 1P for individuals plan?

Have her create an account for herself.
Add both accounts to the app, move the needed passwords to the desired account, and remove the other (her account under the family account).
Sign out of 1Password of the account she no longer needs or intends to use.

If you intend to keep the family membership, after and only after she has all her data, you would optionally remove her from your family.

Awesome - this is exactly what I was looking for! I will keep the family membership, just want to free up the slot to give to a different (and current) family member.
