Duplicates and sync issues

    I’m having a lot of issues with duplicates and lack of sync’ed data across iOS vs desktop versions and different browser extensions.

    Having a tool to visualize what was sync’ed & when would be a HUGE help to troubleshoot this. I am struggling to track back across multiple iOS and MacOS devices, including browser plugins and extensions.

    I’m finding exponentially more duplicates because the browser accessed the same login via a different link….its become a constant issue that is multiplying. How to find and merge duplicates - even if this means archiving older versions when a more recent version exists?!

    @queenofspades Thankfully, on my devices (Windows and Android) I don't have these issues, but I recognize that having duplicates or, even worse, missing data can be problematic.

    I was wondering if 1Password 7 had this possibility.

    I'm sorry that you're not seeing the same items on all of your devices. 1Password is designed to make sure that all of your items, and edits to those items, appear instantly on all of your devices. If that isn't happening then we'll need to investigate what might be going wrong on your device. Can you tell me the following:

    1. Are you using 1Password 8 on all devices? Or are you using an older version of 1Password?
    2. Do you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
    3. Do you see a vault named Primary on any of your devices?
