I need to change my billing information

On 9/13/24 at 10:48 AM i received an email from Morgan L. who identified herself as being with 1Password support that informed me that the that my bank had disputed my credit card charge for my account. What has happened is I got divorced recently and my credit card and billing information has changed. Morgan offered me two ways to resolve the problem one was to cancel my account start a new one the other was to fight the bank. The bank is right so what I need to do is change the credit card and bank information associated with my account.
I sent an email response to Morgan on 9/13/24 with several questions regarding this situation. I have not gotten a response from Morgan yet.
There must be a way to change my billing information that is not as drastic as canceling my present account and start up a new one.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
